At Influencers Academy (PatagoniaQP Ltd, Company number: 15315228), we offer two main types of online courses: Standard Course and Plus Extra. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide clear and fair policies regarding refunds.

1. Course Details

  • Standard Course (199 €): Includes Lifetime Access, Influencer Certificate, Access to Course Extras, and Email & Chat Support.
  • Plus Extra (228 €): Includes all features of the Standard Course, along with Private Extra Access and 24/7 Chat Support.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund Period: Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, you must not have accessed more than 30% of the course content.
  • Exclusions: If digital content (e.g., course extras, downloadable materials) has been accessed or downloaded, these portions of the course are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 7 business days after receiving the request.

4. Non-refundable Circumstances

  • Courses accessed beyond the 30% content threshold.
  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period.
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content.

 

5. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing course access, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard terms at our discretion.

6. Course Cancellation

Influencers Academy reserves the right to cancel any course. In such an event, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled students.
